For as long as I can remember I have been interested in art and imagery taking a love of photography from my dad,this interest has provided great inspiration for my paintings over the years.I was born in Brighouse ,West Yorkshire in the UK in 1968 my artistic interest developed whilst at school with several teachers encouraging me with commissions and competition entries.I went on to study at Leicester Polytechnic graduating with BA hons Graphic Design in 1989 .
I went on to work in the graphics industry but continue to paint in my spare time exhibiting both locally and in several national shows and on the internet.I am particularly involved in several community art groups including as the former President and Vice President of the Huddersfield Art Society. I hope to work on various school projects in the future and see where my art leads me.In recent years my graetest sales have come from Scotland.I am pleased to be a member of Fine Art America and look forward to sharing my work with you and maybe exhibiting internationally someday.
