Let me introduce myself: My name is Martin and I am originally from Portsmouth. After spending my school years moving from city to city, I have finally settled in East Anglia with my wife an Daughter.
Having always had a keen interest in photography, I actively took it up as a passion around ten years ago, and have been steadily building my portfolio ever since.
Specialising in landscape and nature photography, capturing images as seen through my own eyes. I use minimal editing to ensure my images remain true to life depictions.
I am lucky enough to have been recognised as a Viewbug image of the year finalist in 2014, and was selected as one of the top 20 winning images in the 2015 competition in the refurbishment of the new Essex Police headquarters in Chelmsford.
My images have been featured on numerous sites, and this has gained me many fans and followers. I have also had the opportunity to support a charity championed by a celebrity - I donated some of my work to Kelle Bryan (formerly from the pop group Eternal) which was auctioned off to raise funds for the Lupus Trust.
I have also photographed a number of celebratory events, such as Weddings, Christenings and Birthdays. I have worked with an up and coming model / actress to provide headshots, and more recently have ventured into the world of newborn photography, using my daughter as my muse.
