I am a photographer of over 40 years and a photo editor. I living in the Winter Springs, Florida with my husband and partner laser technician and artist, Robbie Burger. My photography focuses on Florida Florals, as well as anything Florida.
To date, I am the sole owner of a cottage industry in wide format printing of photo collages and art on silk for jacket linings scarves and wraps.
Moved to Florida in the late 70s studied painting for several years under E.B. Stowe in Florida who
specialized in Florida impressionism. I painted swamp scenes with UFO's alligators and
palm trees, and other Florida landscapes and to my surprise, sold some.
In the 80s I started combining portrait photography with painting by projecting a slide film photo
on a my canvas with a projector and drawing in the subject, then painting in the details.
It was great fun and I sold several to folks around the world.
Went back to my first love when the digital photography age came about.
I feel that there is beauty in everything and I like to capture that unique beauty that I see
through the camera. I use digital effects on some of my photos for a painterly look.
