Since I was a kid, I loved to draw and paint. As an adult, my career has been in graphics, illustration, and publishing, using computers and technology, but creating with traditional medium was always the 'go to.' My painting style is a mix of abstract and realism using acrylics. Some of my photographic work were created from microscopic images, experimentation is always an adventure. I've always admired John Singer Sargent and Andrew Wyeth's works, also the Dutch Masters. Both digital and traditional mediums have their place in expressing beauty and in communicating our hearts. I currently teach art at a local school and enjoy passing on a love for all things beautiful as expressed in various mediums. I believe art is therapeutic to both children and adults and can open doors to self-expression in ways that can amaze. Thank you for visiting my gallery!
