Artist Bio'Luey Rio'(born November 23, 1985 in Lake Village, Arkansas, USA) currently known as 'Luey Rio' is a Southern rapper/drawer/painter/sketcher who was formally a singer until 1994 when he listened to a group called BONE THUGS-N-HARMONY for the first time.   Upon listening to this group 'LUE OTTI' became more and more interested and decided to switch his focus to rap.   Coming up with a legit name was not a cakewalk for the young artist, but he eventually came up with the name
