From a young age I had always wanted to paint, constantly sketching whatever was in front of me.   But it was the figure that interested me most.   It was only after I came to the States with two kids tucked under my arms that I was able to realise a dream that seemed impossible.   I would visit the local art league where I was encouraged by various artists to take painting seriously.   Thanks to their help I found a very satisfying 30 year (so far) career which included signing with various publishers who, in turn, distributed my work to galleries and cruise ships around the...more
