I have always enjoyed and admired art, having painted at various intervals throughout my life, as work and time permitted. Now retired, I am free to commit more time to one of my loves, 'oil painting'. I enjoy the use of brush and palette knife, and derive great pleasure in creating images that develop from my mind's eye, as well as capturing the beauty that surrounds me. I am hoping my work will bring as much pleasure to others, as it does to me in creating it.
