Lorraine is a dedicated artist with more than 35 year track record of expressing her ideas with paint and clay.   She worked for many years as an art therapist and is keenly aware of the impact of art on the emotions.   Lorraine uses texture and the juxtaposition of color to create intuitive and somewhat expressionistic art.   Spending a great deal of time looking and thinking about the subject to capture its emotional impact, Lorraine hopes the viewer will pause for a while to find the unexpected.
