Hi, thank you for visiting my page.
All my life I have been involved in different form of arts and crafts, but only in 1996 decided to take a new direction and became a full time artist.
I working with acrylic, watercolours, coloured pencils, pastel, mixed media, but mainly with oils. I love to create mosaics, paper craft and photography. My paintings are inspired by childhood memories, nature, mythology, folk arts and crafts, traditions, countryside celebrations and daily life.
I'm a member of 'Piliuona' Art Studio since 1997 and Lithuanian Folk Artists' Society since 1998.
I attended 60 National and Regional exhibitions, show-contests, organised 6 solo shows and took part in 15 International exhibitions, festivals and art projects ( US - 2005, Poland - 2006-2007, Finland - 2006, UK - 2011, Poland - 2012, Russia - 2013, Netherlands - 2014, Canada - 2014, US-2014, Germany - 2015, Netherlands - 2015, Poland - 2015, US - 2016, UK - 2019, US - 2019 ).
My paintings have been exhibited in the Lithuanian Museum of Applied Art, the National M.K.Ciurlionis Art Museum, Birstonas Sacred Art Museum and The Galaune Family Museum (Lithuania).
I win the first prize in National exhibition-contest (1998), Audience Prize in National contest (2000), Major Prize in National contest (2005), L.F. Society Prize (2015), have been awarded with diplomas in the National and Regional exhibitions.
About 50 my original artworks have been sold to the private collectors around the world including Finland, Sweden, England, US, Czech Republic, Germany, Ireland, Poland, Canada and locally (in Lithuania).
