I am a self taught Irish Artist, I studied mechanical engineering at college and worked at it for many years. The study of Mechanical engineering drawing inspired me greatly to develop my artistic ability many years ago. I always had a great love of art since i was a teenager and loved to work on new ideas from inspiration. I have gradually developed, from pencil sketching to charcoal drawings, pastel paints and on to oils and acrylic artworks. I have worked on subjects matter such as: landscapes, townscapes, aviation art and seascapes i have also worked with digital art, illustrations and graphic/design throughout many years & have spent the last few years working on portraiture. I find portraiture art very interesting and love the challenges that it offers. I am always willing to take on any new Commission work offered to me with delight. I have worked on many comissioned works throughout the years, some of my Original paintings are sold to private collectors. I am always willing to take on any new challenges asked of me.
