I have had art in my life ever since I can remember. The love of creating has always been a constant.
I received a Bachelor of Arts in Art Education from Trenton State College and a Masters in Education from Glassboro State College. After teaching elementary art for several years, I worked at the Philadelphia Inquirer for 32 years, retiring in 2013.
An avid craftsperson for many years in fabric arts, I have now returned to my old love of painting, particularly watercolors. My painting success and talent continues to grow through private instruction, workshops with prominent local artists and exposure to many juried art shows throughout the area. I have received awards in shows in Haddonfield, Medford, Mt. Holly and Mt Laurel. I have a special love for architecture and florals as subjects.
I have lived in Medford, NJ since 1978. I also spend winters on the gulf coast of Florida in Englewood.
Member of Center for the Arts in Marlton, Medford Arts Center, Burlington County Art Guild, Willingboro Art Alliance, The Garden State Watercolor Society, and NJ Watercolor Society.
