Keita Kwame kankam is my name, born in Accra Ghana on the 6th of March 1988 .As an artist I strive to develop paintings which express the beauty that exist in the world to myself and others. Often I create what I feel, think and see around me. An important part of my process is sketching what I have seen and heard during my daily activities, at times I have to work on a sketch in order to develop different styles and colour schemes. Graduate of Ghanatta College of art and design in 2006 with a diploma in art certificate specializing in painting. In 2017 I was selected as an emerging artist to be mentored at the visual arts of Alberta in Canada. My favourite genre are abstract,inks,pastels and pastel because once they are easy to use, one knows how to manipulate them. Starting to paint on my own has not been easy as an independent artist ,there have been times of success and downfalls, but with the passage of time I have seen the beauty humor and value in all my work
