After years of ups and downs and frustrations, I was diagnosed with clinical depression in 2011. Getting well has been a full time job. I benefited from therapy, medication and a reduction of stress among other strategies. The most rewarding therapy however, has come from creating art with pastels and acrylics. I encourage others who are battling depression to include art as a part of their therapy.
My goal is to be a blessing to whomever I come in contact. If my art makes you think, laugh or cry drop me a line. I'd love to hear from you.
