Artists Bio
Kara Mayfield was born in Sacramento, California and attended American River College, receiving an A.A. in Graphic Arts in 2007, an A.S. in General Sciences, and the University of Metaphysics and University of Sedona receiving a B.A. in Metaphysics. Her art has been shown at the Sacramento Fine Arts Center, California State Fair, and several Art Shows throughout Sacramento, Placerville, and San Fernando Valley. The self-taught artist incorporates techniques she discovers through experimentation with some non-traditional tools as seen in her recent Pixel Art works.
