When John was sixteen he purchased a used first camera a Minolta XG 1 at a garage sale, loaded it with film and took his first picture, by mistake, of his foot.   His enthusiasm for photography started out wild and untamed, taking pictures of practically anything and everything at every angle and camera setting possible, all with a film camera.   He did not care if many of his pictures did not turn out in the beginning, because he was having fun searching for that one that did.   After many years of searching and studying photography, the shots that did turn out became more and more frequent. ...more
