Although some early years were spent in advertising, my main career, the one that lasted for 25 years, was as an Art Director in the music business, first at CBS Records and later at Sony Music.   These were wonderful jobs where I had the good fortune to meet and work with some of the most talented designers, photographers, and recording artists.   I designed the packaging for The Allman Brothers Band, Harry Connick Jr., Terence Blanchard, Train, Philip Glass, Keb' Mo, and many others, most notably Pearl Jam, and while working closely with Eddie Vedder, Jeff Ament, and Jeff's brother Barry, was nominated for a...more
