I value INDIVIDUAL EXPRESSION and enjoy working with COLOUR and DESIGN through all aspects of CREATIVITY.
Colour is pleasing to the soul and plays a strong role in my work. Flat decorative pattern moves through my work...like dancing through one’s favourite melody...only to be played over and over again. My figurative work of women has been inspired from Modligiani, characterized for portraits of women he painted, often with elongated necks, oval faces and vacant eyes. I also enjoy stepping out and capturing the beauty of nature through the camera lens.
