I have always been interested in art and especially photography.   I also worked in the film industry for a time, so the technical side has influenced my work, especially the use of software to bring out more of the beauty hidden in the image than the eye sees at first.   I find subjects for my images from something that attracts the eye.   The color and vibrancy of birds or the color, form and composition of landscapes are examples.   My interest in antique and other markets is driven by the way vendors create compositions that I capture with a camera that otherwise would only...more
