I am a SF Bay Area native, with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from San Jose State University.   I have spent most of my working life as a graphic designer in Silicon Valley, but my first love is painting.   My primary medium is watercolor and I consider myself a realist, with the primary goal of trying to capture the light and mood of a subject, and translate what I see and feel into paint.   The bulk of my works are landscapes, most notably of the SF Bay Area, but I also do some figurative works, slice-of-life narratives and still lifes.   My influences include 19th and...more
