I am j.b.surani
I was born in 1995. I have been fond of painting since childhood.
But looking at my pictures in standard nine, a teacher recognized my creative approach and said, 'Being a creator is a gift from God.'
The words of this teacher encouraged my inner creativity. Mind in decided that 'we want to be a painter. It's just a painting. '
These were the days when I was studying in the ninth standard of secondary school when I made this decision.
My steps were on the way to becoming a painter. The move then gained momentum.
When I entered the tenth standard of Bansidhar Vidyalaya in Surat, K.G. Teachers named Pawar and Jadav gave a preliminary understanding about the process of creating a picture.
With that said I have to walk a long way to become a painter.
There was also the question in my mind that what does it mean to be a painter? He was a teenager so it was natural for such questions to arise.
It is said that the answers to certain types of questions are found in an unconventional way. Something similar happened to me!
Ten days of study of standard (matric) of Bansidhar Vidyalaya. Not interested in teaching. Wandering in the zoo and chopati.
Let me see the moving sun and shade in it.
Seeing this natural scene formed under the open sky, surrounded by black stones, I feel mystical, searching for the answers to the questions that arise in my mind.
I went to painting class in Surat and took some pictures I made.
None of them stood in front of the head of the class with the intention of becoming a successful painter by taking many questions.
My panic and determination in front of my eyes sat next to him.
Talking very kindly, he tells me that being a painter is like climbing a ladder in today's social life.
Listening to her words about the reality behind becoming a painter, my questions were answered.
It was also a bitter reality that he was weak in school studies. The year was 2010.
Prepared to pass SSC (today's tenth standard) as it is.
I always tell myself that you have to keep drawing
Everything else will automatically follow him. Maybe if you get less, but don't regret it.
According to one girl, I have posted a few pictures on Instagram.
The natural environment is always wandering inside me as a source of inspiration for creating pictures and living life.
People liked to draw and post pictures that I liked, so the followers started growing and orders started coming.
There was no cooperation from home.
Yes, I was convinced that this was only going to last for a while and that was reassuring.
Many ask me what I want to do next in your life?
My answer was, 'I want to make pictures. I have no understanding or knowledge of any department. '
But there was one problem that didn't bother me - it was called financial hardship.
But with over 4000 followers, I regained my self-confidence. The result ... I started drawing twice as loud.
Art exhibitions of various levels organized in the country - started sending pictures in the competition. My paintings seemed to find a prominent place.
Prizes began to be received and sold at tagged prices.
Thus I became a painter without a degree.
ART IS WHERE MY HEART IS.. CANT THINK OF LIVING A DAY IN MY LIFE WITHOUT PAINTING.. I HAVE BEEN PAINTING SINCE MY CHILDHOOD.. LACK OF ANY QUALIFICATIONS OR DEGREE FROM ANY ART COLLEGE HAS NOT BEEN AN IMPEDIMENT IN MY ACAREER AS AN ARTIST..!! I AM SELF TAUGHT ARTIST AND AM FIERCELY PROUD OF IT.. I AM PASSIONATLY IN LOVE WITH ART.. I AM TOO OBSESSED WITH IT.
