John Joseph Mulligan born in South Boston, MA 1966.   Educated at Brockton High School and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting from Southeastern Massachusetts University, N.   Dartmouth, Mulligan describes his artwork as 'Postcards from different places that I have been lucky enough to visit.'
