Photography has always been a stress outlet for me and has been for over 40 years.   I am also a digital artist.Photography is capturing a moment in time that you will never capture again.   Primarily nature, I appreciate the outdoors more than I ever have.   It can be 10 degrees outside or hot and humid.   It does not matter to me.   Fresh air is a necessity for me.   I encourage all to get outdoors.   Whether it is a local park or a beach, it is great for your overall well-being.
