Jackie Blakely is a writer, musician and artist whose artistic musings have graced the walls and halls of many local establishments. Ms. Blakely is the granddaughter of folk artist, Ernest Smith, who was a renowned artist in the Ohio valley and painted many murals and riverboat scenes in East Liverpool, Ohio.Jackie works mainly in oils and watercolors and focuses her work on people in her life and the country life.
