Heather Hilliard-Bonds Heather Hilliard-Bonds is a local artist in the Altadena and Pasadena area.   She has been an artist since she first picked up a crayon.   Heather currently teaches art at various facilities in conjunction with the Armory Center for the Arts.   She has also work for the city of Pasadena and the Pasadena School district.Heather was born in Fullerton California, but raised by her mother Nancy Hilliard in Pasadena California and has lived here most of her life.   She has always had a love for children and began her career in childcare.   From this...more
