My realistic portraits and flowers in clean bright colors appeal to the effervescent nature and sparkle of a person who is young at heart.
With colors as pure and vivid as true feelings coming from the heart, I paint the beauty around me. Children, delicate and joyful, grandparents, wise and warm, men and women absorbed in all they do: from fisherman to ballet dancers, where beauty shines in lined faces and in all forms of nude life drawings. I seek the peacefulness of old objects in still lives or the ancient marks of Native American tribes in soulful watercolor portraits. Then there are my flowers in watercolors, the kings and queens on parade, that I adore in their every petal.
Then, there is you, who admires my work, and my customer, whom I approach with inquisitive glances, to know if you can find yourself in the emotions I portray, or to capture within the lushness of all-enveloping joy you feel when contemplating my works.
As an artist, I want to know how the person feels about my art who wants to own it.
