I fell in love with the art of 'capturing the moment' when I held my first camera.
Photography became one of my best outlets to express my love for art in my early teenage years -- I believe it was when I traveled overseas for the first time. I was awe-inspired by the magnificent beauty of the foreign landscapes and wanted to bring that entire visual sensation back home with my lasting stories. This was the beginning of my creative life journey.
Taking photographs started for my personal journal then, and grew to be a grounding reinforcement for my art over the decades.
Life is a Big Adventure. Visiting new places and working with photography spontaneously connected me to the people & all earthlings living in the beautiful, unique, amazing moments.
With a lifelong passion for traveling, this creative outlet has naturally expanded my horizons. I was on-and-off with my photography throughout the years - but after I broke my old Nikon by accident, I took a good break from my habit of carrying a camera with me .. During this period I was Off-camera but On to my personal journey which has served me to better reflect my dreams as a visionary - where no image capture was possible through photographs.
Now back in the field again, I'm thrilled about today's digital photography, which allows artists to express and extend creativity even more --- and to me, that simulates my work with painting --- so I will see more to come in my world of photography.
In many ways, the more I become conscious to live in the moment of life the better I aspire to weave my art into a story of life itself - with philosophy, thoughts, hopes and dynamic feelings we share in one universal language. I enjoy the way how photography can release one special framed moment to make a statement, and to forever communicate with us.
Imagine that one moment of honest expression would manifest into abundance of original creations, and begin to open doors to boundless art forms . . .
I realize, that's where I always am truly alive in anticipation, in the ultimate sense of freedom.
