Hello my name is Galina Zimmatore and my purpose for creating art is simply this :
“To use bright colours, uplifting images, concepts of hope for a better future and positive energy to remind people of the aesthetics and joy that can be experienced in life.”
This is what I try to instil in my pictures.
I hope something from my collection will inspire positive emotions and feelings for you.
I initially trained as an Interior Designer which gave me professional insight into colors and design. Later I did art courses in various styles and subjects including abstracts, portraits, landscapes and palette knife techniques.
Inspired by artists such as Camille Pissaro, Claude Monet and other Impressionist painters I have created my own approach using bright colors, streams of light, reflections, figures and scenes from nature to create the final image. I use a selection of techniques including palette knife, brush and rolled cloth.
As well as my selection of paintings on Artfinder I also do commission works in any size with your choice of subject and settings. Just send me a message for details of prices, availability and time schedules.

I just got home to find your painting has arrived. It is gorgeous - I'm really pleased. It's actually a christening present for a little girl - so I will take a picture when it's on her wall and send it with a comment from her parents. I think they will be very happy.

Hello I love your artwork and have been keeping an eye on your page for new work. I'm looking to buy an original painting, my favourites so far have been Lovers Lane, Secret Rendezvous and Children of the Forest.Do you create paintings to order? Or are you able to tell me if you have any paintings you haven't yet listed online which I could have a look at? Ideally I'm looking for something around 60 x 40 cm unframed (or slightly larger).
