Howard was born and educated in San Diego, California. While pursuing music and art at a young age, as an adult both music and art took a back seat to a successful business career. Since taking an early business retirement at age 49, Howard has developed as a successful and award winning photographer with not only sales of his fine art photography, but publication in national magazines.
