I am a self-taught photographer - trial and error, practice, reading and learning from other artists. I'm not one for expensive equipment or creating elaborate backgrounds. I just shoot what I see and that becomes the clay from which I create. I take a large volume of shots and, ultimately, am satisfied with a small percentage. I leave the backgrounds as I find them - makes the pictures more real and, sometimes, more interesting.
