When I was about 9 years old I went to Hawaii on vacation with my family. My dad loaned me one of his cameras to take photos with. I don't remember the brand, but it was a glass lens rangefinder. I think my father had noticed that I loved to take photos, even with the plastic lens cameras I'd had access to up until then. I took some great photos with that little rangefinder, but the one that stands out in my mind to this day is a photo of turtles who were swimming under water.
