Spenner spent 5 years in clothing and fashion, then entered the graphic arts industry at the onset of color separations & laser scanners moving from there to print and paper for a major vendor to the worlds leading greeting card firm. Eventually, he found his passion for photography, self-taught & began to freelance in 1988, spending 3 years working for architects, ad agencies, publishers and the corporate market. He then spent 10 years as the Director of Graphics for an emerging fast growing Victorian greeting card company where he handled all print, paper, and photography with color match art and catalog reproduction as his area of expertise.
He went on to work several years for a fortune 500 finance and insurance firm and then worked in the recognition and awards industry as an account manager and sales director.
Today he spends his time creating photographs and works on assignment. He continues to sell his work from a vast archive developed over the years. His work has been published in magazines, books, catalogs, and prints and has won National Awards.
Spenner continues to honor the founding principles of his photography business, with a focus on exceeding expectations of beauty, quality, and value.
