I am currently 75 years young and enjoy being creative in some way. I paint with acrylics and take on going classes in both painting, photography and photoshop
I have been photographing images since I was 14 and my only camera was a brownie starmite. I love what the digital age has done for photography, no film and no developing except with my own software and that part of the process, I like immensely.
I especially like to photograph all aspects of nature, landscapes and animals, macro to wide angle and my current cameras are a Sony a7ll and a7lll. I keep a favorite lens on each one of them so that I can just grab what I need when there is something that I want to photograph.
I also love photoshop and do a lot of composite and texture work. The creativity of post processing really relaxes me and I love telling a story with my art.
Most of my images are photographed in Southern Oregon. I am originally from Pa. but have adopted my husbands home state and it has a wealth of gorgeous spots to photograph and I never get bored, even photographing something that I have photographed before.
