Artist BiographyDebi Bonine started out as a young student of photography in the 1980s.   In the 1990s, she began to engage in daily sketch-booking as a part of her first college art class and that became a source of joy and a mindfulness practice for her as the years went on.   She opened her first art studio to the public on the South Shore of Lake Superior in 2008, creating and selling oil pastel and watercolor paintings inspired by the local landscapes.   In 2012, she opened her second studio to the public in the Village of the Arts in Bradenton Florida, where her style evolved to include more...more
