I grew up spending my time in a photo studio, where my mother worked as a photographer. I didn't follow her footsteps, but I acquired the greatest passion for photography. Her specialization: portraits and wedding pictures, an old-fashioned photographer working in a studio, pushing a tall and heavy camera on wheels. Then she would enter the darkroom and develop the negative and by magic, through a liquid substance, the negative image would reveal itself positive on photographic paper. She would rinse off the chemicals, dry the pictures and use a paper cutter to make them pretty, with a straight border.
I am capturing landscapes rather than people using way different technique of the XXI century and by hitting print you can have your picture done in seconds.
