Chris Crowley is an artist who has merged into the world of photography, often combining digital art with her photos to produce images that range from mystical and whimsical, to reality that has been enhanced to produce brilliant colors, and more beauty than nature alone could create. Her photos include portraits, animals, scenics and macros. The world and everything in it is her pallet, and she recreates and rearranges it to bring out what she sees in her mind, not only with her eyes.
Having a background as a sketch artist, working with pen and ink, Chris has also combined her love of graphic art with watercolor, to produce vivid, and unusual works of art, and with over 18 years of experience in interior design, she has been broadening her art of choice to include textiles produced from her art and photographs, as well as handmade jute and sisal fringes and trimmings which are crocheted and hand tied.
A resident of the Daytona Beach area for 50 years, Chris' favorite pastime is doing photography at wildlife refuges in the Central Florida area, and capturing breathtaking views of the many scenic vistas along the Atlantic coast.
