Like most artists Carleigh has always been interested in painting and drawing.With the guidance of a great teacher she became the winner of the Art Award for her Graduating Class in high school.   This is where Carleigh started painting with Oils.   She found inspiration in her surroundings throughout Manitoba and later studied Acrylics at 'The Forum' in Winnipeg.   This medium intrigued her so much that she has used it almost exclusively until last year.   Since joining the 'Local Colours' Art Group, Carleigh has taken up watercolours and returned to oils.   She has...more
