Brian Pier, a Wisconsin native knew from an early age that art was to be an important part of his life.   At 18, he followed his creative spirit which led him to travel throughout the U.S., painting the people and landscape around him, finally returning to Wisconsin five years later.   Though his career took him on a different path, he continued to paint.   Art remained an essential part of his life and in 2008, he picked up his brushes full time.   I am primarily self taught, being strongly influenced by the 19th and early 20th century masters.   I am passionate...more
