I grew up in San Jose, California and I have been living in beautiful, southern Oregon for more than 25 years now. I started drawing soon after I picked up a crayon. I'm sure it was before I could write my name. When I was about 10, I started to take notice of my uncle's photography. He was a professional. I really became fascinated and soon after that my parents got me an Instamatic camera. When my uncle noticed my growing interest he offered me the use of a Pentax 35 mm. I was thrilled and the rest is history as they say. Art and music are my passion but photography has become my principal obsession.
