Biography
My name is Anthony van Gelder, born in 1945 in Zalk, The Netherlands. In 1969 I started to study at the Free Academy of Arts in The Hague. Four years later I went to the academy of arts in Rotterdam. Since 1972 I have worked as an independent artist from my studio in Schiedam. In 1980 I moved to Flayosc in the south of France. It was an inspiring place for painting.
