Ann was born in Pittsburgh. PA. As a child her family lived in Toronto, Canada, and Los Angeles, CA. While in California she studied fine arts at Glendale Community College, then lived in the Denver area for more than 20 years. Ann now lives and works in the Sonoran Desert.
She loves to travel and loves to take pictures, and paint while doing so. She spent over 20 years in the Rocky Mountains. Now she calls the desert home. The Sonaran Desert scenery gives her a great deal of pleasure not only from living there, but also for the inspiration from the diverse flora and fauna. If ever someone was passionate about art, it is Ann. She is rarely seen without her sketch book and or camera. Her artistic creations range from paintings of wildlife, drawings of mythical creatures and people, to stipple drawings. Ann is an artistically gifted woman whose visions on paper, whether in the form of photographs, paintings, or drawings, are a pleasure to behold.
She has worked for a sportswear company creating graphic designs for clothing. Painted back drops for a public access T.V. show in Pittsburgh, PA. as well as designing t-shirt graphics for bands and other promotions.
She continues studies taking classes and work shops with notable artists such as; Lillian Montoya, Victoria Kwasinski, Chuck Danford, as well as others in the fine arts.
