Angelo Sherman is a self taught American painter and is influenced by the works of post impressionist painters and the action painting movement .Identifying with the Action Painting Movement drips and splashes ..some of his paintings are based on his personal experience dreams and of growing up in the city of Detroit.Sherman quote:' I came up during Hanna -Barbara cartoons, Pop- art movement, Motown music, great sports battles ,Blaxploitation films.   All of this influenced my work, there's no real style or label.'In High School Sherman won several awards and an art scholarship to Ferris State in Big Rapids...more
