Artist, painter, illustrator and entrepreneur Alisa Mbinakar began her career in 1989 after she graduated from the Columbus College of Art & Design where she majored in Illustration.   For years Alisa taught art in and around the Columbus area.   For nearly ten years she ran Mixed Media Heritage Gallery in downtown Columbus.   The gallery held artist exhibits throughout the year and featured local artist such as, Kojo Kamau, Father James Hasse and Larry Winston Collins to name a few.   She has also exhibited her art in a number of local galleries.   Alisa is currently...more
