I am a Romanian amateur photographer who currently lives in Great Britain.   Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated by lights, shadows and colours, looking for a way to capture them in a way that conveys visual sensations to viewers.At an early age I started self-studying painting and for several years I played with colours, being attracted to abstract painting.I guess the passion for hiking and mountaineering played an important role in my migration from painting to landscape photography.I started my photographic journey with a Smena camera, taking photos on 35 mm film that I was then processing myself in the dark...more
