Hi I am a 57 year old guy who had 2 strokes about 6 months ago and decided to try this site and sell my photos as way to make a living . I enjoy taking pictures of landscapes,wildlife and pretty much everything. It is good exercise and very relaxing. I took my first picture years ago with my brother when we were in high school and he had a photography class. He had to go out and take pictures for an assignment and asked me if I wanted to go with. I took one that he entered in a contest which he one an award for. Unfortunately I did not continue the hobby until I was in my mid twenties and my father and I took a vacation out west . We went all over like New Mexico,Arizona,Las Vegas,San Diego. We saw the Grand Canyon,Hoover Dam and many other places. I had a Pentax point and shoot film camera. That trip was when I fell in love again with photography. Then about 5 years ago I won a bonus check at work and decide to buy a Fujifilm mirror less and get little more serious about photography. I watch a lot videos on the web trying to learn more about cameras and photography. Sorry for getting long winded. Did not really know what to say in this biography. I have been selling paint for the last 30 years and was quite good at it . But after the strokes I decided to try this and see if people like my photos as much as others have over the years. Hopefully they will. Fill free to let me know. Going to end this before everyone falls asleep.
