I'm originally from Louisiana; currently resides in Florida. I'm a self taught and emerging artist who has been fascinated with drawing and painting since childhood. My source of inspiration comes from nature , water and my primary medium is acrylic.
My acrylic works are inspired by the serenity and calmness of nature. When I work with acrylic I am reminded that God's creation is grand and beautiful.
I'm inspired to paint landscapes and nature scene using warm and bright acrylic colors which are a representation of the four seasons. I think about nature, photos, memories and ideas that represent peace and tranquility when I begin a piece.
My paintings represents a memory, idea and a vision. My motivation for most of my paintings come from numerous memories of water and nature scenes through my travels and walking nature trails in parks. I attempt to capture nature on canvas with my brushes; with colorful strokes, I want to present every piece with a breath of life for people to find peace and be inspired.
