Stephen Njenga is a designer and visual artist whose interest in art has been with him even before he completed courses in fine art and design in the mid eighties.Since then Stephen Njenga has participated in exhibitions in cultural centres in East Africa as well as gallery presentations.As a freelance artist he worked with various contractors and advertisement agencies,and taught art and design in colleges but then began painting full time, incorporating this practical experience in his art.He works in a wide range of mediums,exploring colour,form,mood and texture and the lively energy created therein.
