Artist Profile Born in Philadelphia, PA, and educated in the Public-School system.   I received my first introduction to art at Beeber Junior High School.   I entered an art contest and later applied and got accepted to the art magnet program at Overbrook High School in the early 1970s.   I went through 4-years of intensive training that prepared me to enter college in pursuit of a career in advertising art.   After two years of college, I returned home in 1978, and my focus changed to computers.   I always remained passionate about art but never painted again...more
