Patty studied at the Center for Creative Studies in Detroit.   She is a primarily self-taught artist, using colored pencil and pen to create playful and whimsical drawings.   Her work tries to convey symbolism to strike a cord with the viewer.   Drawing for her is a slow process and most of her drawings are a two month endeavor.   They are unique & fresh interpretations of things we see every day when we look out the window or in our imagination!
