I was born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey, a short bus ride away from the 'Big Apple' NYC. Naturally Manhattan is where I started to learn my craft,in studios within the city, during the 'swinging' 60's,while also taking mail order classes offered by photography schools.
Upon moving to Florida, I started MGS Studios in Dunedin, Fl. During this time I specialized in photographing clients at their homes or places of business.
Also photographing weddings, families, bridal portraits and of course baby portraits.
Relocated ..... new name' Images by Simeone', new subject matters , nature , fine art, close up work, are now things that have made my passion for photography is stronger today than in the 60's, thanks to the digital capturing of images.
These days I am mostly a close up photographer, who has studied with,..... Mike Moats ...... Serge Ramelli ....... Bryan Peterson...Steve Perry .....Mark Smith.
My image of Feather on Shells, won 1st prize in this years 'Chasing the Light' macro photography contest. 2019. I was also chosen as one of the local regional photographers to have their images shown on the largest outdoor art exhibit in North America,The Fence, at Benderson Park in Sarasota Fl.
I now live in sunny Sarasota Fl , enjoying & loving every minute of it.
