My work is inspired by nature and the art of the impressionists.  I have a passion for nature and my art reflects this with a focus on landscapes and animals.   In addition to using photography to depict the beauty of the natural world, I also interpret nature on canvas with oil paints. ​ I currently live in Massachusetts where I was born and raised.  For several years I moved to Florida where I worked first as a zookeeper and then as a high school biology teacher.  I returned to Massachusetts where I continued to teach high school for several years and now work in educational publishing....more
